When joining AgHC the Member agrees that he/she/it will comply with all of the terms and conditions of membership in AgHC of as the same may be amended from time to time by AgHC. The Member acknowledges that AgHC is the owner of the AgHC+Design collective trademark/service mark and the Southern Mountain Fresh + Design trademark, which are described in Exhibit A of the membership application.  While the Member is a member of AgHC in good standing, the Member is hereby granted a non-exclusive fully paid license to use the AgHC+Design collective trademark/service mark depicted on Exhibit A, so long as the mark is used only for the purpose of indicating current membership in AgHC.  The term of this license renews annually with payment of membership dues.  Notwithstanding the foregoing, AgHC reserves all rights of revocation for any use of the AgHC+Design collective trademark/service mark which contravenes the mission of AgHC.  The decision to revoke this license and membership lies solely with AgHC. The Member shall not use the Southern Mountain Fresh + Design trademark in any manner or for any purpose without first entering into a separate licensing agreement with AgHC for such use.
